Development of the Franchise Institutional Documentation Suite Before developing the documentation suite, the consultant shall validate the gap assessment, proposed franchisor framework and key recommendations with the relevant JRF/Daimeh teams. Following JRF validation, the consultant shall develop or update the core franchise documents, building on existing JRF/Daimeh documentation, avoiding duplication, and clearly distinguishing between mandatory standards and approved local adaptations.
