SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Interested firms shall submit two (2) bound copies of their Expression of Interest in sealed envelopes clearly marked: Expression of Interest stating the desired Lot number addressed to The Director General/CEO, Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. Furthermore, the reverse of the sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box not later than 11:00am on 4th September, 2026. Late Submissions shall not be considered. 6. OPENING OF SUBMISSIONS: Expressions of Interest shall be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of representatives of interested firms who choose to attend at the Conference Room, First floor, NSIB Head Office, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the Procurement Office, of the Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau, NAIA, Abuja as the NSIB will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
