Wychavon District Council Is Seeking Options For An Enhanced Swep Service; The Swep Service Is Currently Carried Out In House By The Housing Team Which Is A Shared Service Across Both Malvern Hills And Wychavon District Councils. The Council Invites Suitably Experienced And Skilled Providers To Submit A Tender Response For The Provision Of Swep Services.Swep Is A Locally Agreed Emergency Procedure And Service Offer Intended To Help Protect People Who May Otherwise Sleep Rough During Severe Weather.
