RB According to the layout and the given depth with the Provincial Irrigation Department approval. ii. Transporting the washed sand to the designated yard maintained by Karachchi Pradeshiya Saba. iii. Eligible bidders must own: a. Sand Washing Machine(s). b. Tipper(s). c. Backhoe(s). d. Excavator. Bid Security Amount (Rs.): 280,000.00 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained from 21.08.2026 to 03.09.2026, between 09:00 hrs and 15:30 hrs on working days, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 to the District Secretary, Kilinochchi, at the Finance Branch of the District Secretariat. The duly completed Bids must be delivered to Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee, Kilinochchi District Secretariat, Kilinochchi or deposited in the Procurement Box available in the Chief Accountants Room, Finance Branch on or before 10.00 Hrs on 04th of September 2026.
