Tenders are invited for Estrack Back-End Contracts A New Approach to Engineering, Sustaining and Third-Level Maintenance is Proposed for the Back-End Installations at the Deep Spacesites in New Norcia, Cebreros, and Malarge, the near-Earth Sites in Kiruna and Kourou, and the Ground Station Reference Facility(Gsrf) at Esoc. Under this Approach, following a Successful Phase-in, the End-to-End Responsibility for These Installations shall Betaken over by the Prime Contractor. The Term Back-End Refers in the Estrack Terminology to the Systems Integrating the Tracking,Telemetry, Command Processor, the Ground Systems Test and Validation Infrastructure, Frequency and Timing Subsystem and the it Infrastructure of the Ground Stations.
