Request for proposals for Design, Customization, Implementation and Maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Milco (Pvt) Limited is a State-owned Premier Organization in Procuring of High Quality Fresh Raw Milk from Local Dairy Farmers, Processing them in Modern Plants and Marketing High Quality Fresh Dairy products under the brand name of "HIGHLAND" in Sri Lanka. Proposals are hereby invited by the Chairman - Tender Committee Milco (Pvt) Limited from Service Providers or their Accredited Agents for the Design, Customization, Implementation and Maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) for Milco (Pvt) Ltd. GENERAL CONDITIONS : Request for Proposals (RFP) invitation documents with full specifications/details could be collected from Purchasing Division of Milco (Pvt) Limited, by sending an email request with the scanned copy of a request letter on company letterhead to [email protected] on or before 5 working days to the Proposals submission date stated above. The RFP invitation documents would be emailed to the stated email address within 2 working days and requesters need to make sure that the [email protected] is whitelisted at requesters end to receive the mail. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 07/09/2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Google meet platform and Bidders are requested to provide the email address along with your request letter for MILCO to send the Pre-bid meeting invitation. Proposals must be submitted by dropping the sealed package containing the signed original Proposals along with a softcopy in a pen drive into the tender box in the Purchasing Division of Milco (Pvt) Limited, Fifth Floor, No: 345, Galle Road, Colombo - 03 on or before 2.30 p.m. on 21/09/2026. Proposals submission will be closed and Proposals will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on 21/09/2026 at Purchasing Division of Milco (Pvt) Limited. Bidders or their representatives could be present at the time of opening Bids. The Tender Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids without giving reasons.
