Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Asphalt Wearing Course for the Asphalt Laying & Construction of Concrete Drain & Hard Shoulders at Kolabissa Pattiyagama Road (3 + 500 - 5 + 400km). The Chairman, Base Procurement Committee (BPC), on behalf of Central Engineering Services (Private) Limited (CESL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified local bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Asphalt Wearing Course for the Asphalt Laying & Construction of Concrete Drain & Hard Shoulders at Kolabissa Pattiyagama Road (3+500-5+400km). The contract includes the supply and delivery of Asphalt Wearing Course and Binder Course, 1,010 tons for the above site. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Engineer (CP), Central Engineering Services (Private) Limited, Digana Village, Rajawella and inspect the Bidding Documents free of charge at the above address from 0900 hrs. to 1500 hrs., during normal working days, from 21.08.2026 until 09.09.2026 Qualification requirements include; The Bidder shall have successfully completed at least 2 similar contracts during last 5 years. The bidder shall have the capacity to supply 100-300 tons per day continuously and shall have an adequate number of suitable, well-maintained, and properly functioning tipper trucks to ensure uninterrupted transportation. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders, on the submission of a written application to the Procurement Engineer (CP), Central Engineering Services (Private) Limited, Digana Village, Rajawella, from 21.08.2026 until 09.09.2026 from 0900 hrs. to 1500 hrs., during normal working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 7,500.00.
