The Chairman of the Procurement Committee of the German Sri Lanka Friendship Hospital for Women (Teaching) - Karapitiya, Galle invites bids under the National Competitive Bidding Procedure from suppliers who can ensure the Continuous Supply of Raw Food required to feed patients and junior staff for the year 2026/2027. 02. Interested parties may obtain the bid documents from the Accounts Division of the German - Sri Lanka Friendship Hospital for Women (Teaching) - Karapitiya, Galle on normal working days from 24/08/2026 to 08/09/2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. after submitting a written request along with a receipt for the non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 to the Director of the German - Sri Lanka Friendship Hospital for Women (Teaching) - Karapitiya, Galle. 03. Details of the food estimate for the German - Sri Lanka Friendship Hospital for Women (Teaching) - Karapitiya, Galle will be issued along with the bid forms. 04. A bid security of Rs. Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Rupees (RS.250,000.00) and one bid security or bids of the value specified in the bid bond shall be obtained from a commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and shall be valid for a period of 119 days from the date of closing of bids to be submitted in all items in the schedule. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time of bids on 09/09/2026 at 10.00 a.m. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening.
