Bid security amount relevant to the above works may be paid in cash to the Office of the District Director of Health Services, Hambantota or by a bank guarantee as per the Form 19 in Government Procurement Guidelines Code obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of the District Director of Health Services should be submitted with the bid. If paid in cash the Original receipt obtained should be submitted with the bid. Bids for the work proposals should be valid for 77 days. 06.
