Description The Client Is To Enter Into An Agreement For The Redevelopment Of The Current Reception Area And Surrounding Areas At The Municipal Hall In Elnesvågen. The Conversion Includes Approx. 330 M2 Spread Over Two Floors. The Works Are To Be Carried Out As Shared Execution Contracts Where The Client Can Enter Into A Contract With Up To 4 Contractors. The Works Are Divided Into The Following Contracts: K20 Building, K30 Pipes, K36 Ventilation And K40 Electrical/Telecommunications/Access Control. The Competition Is Announced Collectively, And Suppliers Themselves Choose Which Contracts They Wish To Tender For. An Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier Per The Above-Mentioned Contract.
