Development At This Level Is Critical To The Annual Business Plan. This Solution Is Part Of A Refreshed Level-Based Learning Curriculum That Has Recently Been Launched At Ontario Health. Ontario Health Is Seeking A Qualified Vendor To Provide An Off-The-Shelf Learning Program That Is Focused On The Science Of Influence, With A Well Curated Train-The-Trainer Model. The Selected Vendor Will Train 2-3 Internal Facilitators To Deliver Learning Virtually And In-Person. The Train-The-Trainer Certification Will Equip Internal Facilitators To Deliver The Off-The-Shelf Training Program To Lead Behavior Change, Utilizing A Multi-Source, Evidence-Based Model Of Influence And Developing The Knowledge, Skills, And Attitudes Necessary To Successfully Influence With Impact.
