The Purpose Of This Order Is To Manage And Supervise The Implementation Of The Investment Task, In Particular: A) Performing The Function Of The Engineer In Accordance With The Agreement And The Construction Contract; B) Material And Financial Management, In Particular Comprehensive Service Of The Construction Contract In Terms Of Settlement, Monitoring And Material And Financial Reporting; C) Technical Management, Including Performing The Duties Of The Investors Supervision Inspector For The Construction Contract; D) Construction Contract Management; E) Carrying Out Environmental Supervision (In The Scope Of Controlling The Impact Of The Construction Process On, Among Others, Surface And Underground Waters, Noise, Air, Land Surface, Waste Management, Greenery Management, Control Of The Construction Stage In Terms Of The Use Of Efficient Machines And Equipment And Their Proper Operation And Maintenance, Use Of Means Of Transport And Machines Without Overloading And Overloading Them, Returning The Machines After Completion Of Work And In The Event Of A Breakdown To The Designated Parking Place) And Environmental Supervision, In Accordance With The Decision On Environmental Conditions, Agreeing Provisions Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project And Other Administrative Decisions In This Regard.
