Due To The Above, During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Carry Out Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Requirement Of Employing Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Under An Employment Contract. 6. No Later Than The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Declaration Of Compliance With The Requirement Referred To In Section 5, I.E. That The Person/Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 7. At Each Stage Of Contract Implementation, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Verify The Contractors/Subcontractors Declaration (Concerning The Form Of Employment Of The Persons Referred To In Section 5).
