The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select A Contractor For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy And The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, The Rules For Trading In Electrical Energy /Ptee/ And The Applicable Regulations, By Concluding A Contract For The Supply Of Electrical Energy And For Settling The Relations In Connection With The Reporting, Invoicing And Payment Of The Actual Amounts Of Electrical Energy From The Rudozem Municipality Sites. The Public Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Objects Of The Municipality Of Rudozem, Specified In Appendix No. 1.1 To The Documentation, At Freely Agreed Prices; Inclusion Of The Employer As An Indirect Member In A Standard Balancing Group Of Which The Contractor Is The Coordinator, Without The Employer Paying A Separate Fee For Registration Or Participation; Consumption Forecasting; Planning, Claiming And Balancing; Preparing, Submitting, Confirming And, If Necessary, Correcting Hourly Daily Schedules; Administration Of The Information Flow With The Operator Of The Electricity Distribution Network And With Electricity System Operator Ead, When Applicable, As Well As Assuming The Responsibility For Balancing Related To The Consumption Of The Contracting Authoritys Facilities.
