The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Internal Road Within The Road In The Town Of Średnina Wieś, On Plots No. 133/13, 129/2, 133/84 And 134, And The Construction Of Road Lighting.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Measuring Works And Marking Out The Works; 2) Mechanical Clearing Of Bushes And Undergrowth; 3) Demolition Of Existing Concrete Curbs 15×30 Cm On A Section Of Approx. 1,100 M; 4) Earthworks, Including The Construction Of Troughs And Transport Of Excavated Material; 5) Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil; 6) Execution Of Foundation Layers In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 7) Leveling The Existing Foundation With A Mixture Mineral-Asphalt, To The Extent Specified In The Documentation And Bill Of Quantities;8) Cleaning The Existing Surface;9) Performing Inter-Layer Sprinklers;10) Laying The 100/100 Glass-Carbon Geocomposite On The Main Section, In Accordance With The Documentation;11) Making Layers Of Asphalt Concrete;12) Re-Laying The Existing Concrete Cubes On An Area Of Approx. 30 M²;13) Making A Concrete Footing With Resistance Under The Curbs;14) Setting Concrete Curbs 15×30 Cm;15) Constructing Roadsides From The Curb 20-40 Mm;16) Constructing A Passing Road, Exit And Parking Lot To The Extent Specified In The Documentation;17) Installing Road Lighting (3 Sets Of Lighting Lamps);18) Performing An As-Built Inventory;19) Tidying Up The Area And Handing Over The Complete Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party.3.
