Leaves The Declaration Regarding The Offered Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order Blank), He Will Receive 0 (Zero) Points In The Warranty Period Criterion, And The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Offers A 5-Year Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance. 5. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 102 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Informs That The Requirements Referred To In The Cited Provision Have Been Specified By The Ordering Party In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 7 To This Specification. 6. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 7. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
