1. The Ordering Party Commissions And The Contractor Undertakes To Renovate And Modernize A Multi-Functional Building In The Cloakroom And Sanitary Part At The Municipal Stadium In Legionowo.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order Based On The Construction Design (Annex No. 11 To The Swz) And The Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).4. All Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Performed With The Utmost Care, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Use Construction And Hydraulic Materials And Products With Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard And The Corresponding European Standards, With Valid Technical Approvals, Approvals For Use And Declarations Of Conformity Issued By The Building Research Institute. 5. The Materials Used By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Brand New And Meet, In Terms Of Quality, The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law.6. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials And Using Its Own Equipment.
