The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Called Reconstruction Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land - Reconstruction Of The Road Located On Plot No. 178, 185, Mała Wieś Dolna District Co-Financed In The Form Of A Targeted Subsidy From The Budget Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship For Recultivation Tasks For 2026. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Mała Wieś Dolna On Plots No. 178 And 185, In The Sulików Commune. The Order Envisages The Construction Of Two Road Sections With A Total Length Of 416 M, With An Ac Asphalt Concrete Surface, Crushed Aggregate Shoulders And Adapting The Gradeline To The Existing Road Alignment. The Design Documentation Constituting The Detailed Scope Of Work Includes Geometric, Construction And Material Solutions, Surface Drainage Design, Structural Cross-Sections, Land Development Plan And Guidelines For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting A Complete Basis For The Implementation Of The Investment. A 45-Meter Long Road Section, Located On Plot No. 185, Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Works Covered By This Order After The Completion Of The Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network. Works Related To The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System Are Not The Subject Of This Order And Will Be Performed By Another Contractor Selected In A Separate Procedure. The Indicated Road Section Will Be Handed Over After Completion And Acceptance Of The Works Related To The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network, In A Condition Enabling The Contractor To Carry Out The Works Covered By This Order, No Later Than September 24, 2026.
