The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Road Providing Access To The Investment Areas Of The Wsez In Opole. The Road Section In Question Will Be Located In The Opole Voivodeship, In The Opole Poviat, In The City Of Opole - Registration Unit 166101_1, City Of Opole, District 0147 Wrzoski. The Scope Of The Order Includes Design, Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Permits For The Investment, And Implementation, I.E. Performance Of All Necessary Construction Works For The Proper Functioning Of The Road In Question, In Accordance With Applicable Law. It Is Necessary To Perform All Necessary Design Studies, Obtain On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, All Arrangements, Permits, Permits, Decisions And Approvals Necessary To Carry Out The Investment In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements And The Requirements Specified In This Study, Perform Construction Works And Obtain Occupancy Permit Decisions On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party (If Required). The Scope Of The Design Documentation Includes The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program. 2) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Scope Ii) Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And Services Other Than Construction Works Necessary To Perform These Works - Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party In Scope I - And Exercising Authors Supervision.
