A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To Swz. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver A Brand New Tractor With A Front Loader To The Ordering Party At The Address Of The Municipal Utilities Plant At Ul. Astrów 4A, 44-321 Marklowice, At Your Own Expense And Risk;2) Bear All Costs Related To The Transport, Unloading And Insurance Of The Subject Of The Order To The Place Of Delivery;3) Provide The Ordering Party With Complete Technical Documentation, Operating Instructions In Polish, Warranty Book And Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle, If Required;4) Provide Instructions For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation And Basic Operation Of The Tractor;5) Provide A Warranty For The Entire Item Order, Covering The Tractor With All Its Components And Equipment, For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months Or 2,000 Engine Hours, Whichever Occurs First, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
