The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula, Covering A Full Cycle Of Design And Implementation Activities Leading To Obtaining Two Residential Premises In A Standard Enabling Their Immediate Use After Final Acceptance, While Maintaining A Consistent For Rent Standard In Both Premises. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out An Inventory Of The Existing Condition, Develop Design Documentation (Including Interior Design And Furniture Arrangement), Obtain The Required Approvals, Perform Construction And Installation Works, Will Carry Out Tests And Measurements, And Then Submit The As-Built Documentation And Premises For Use. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex A To The Swz; Contract Template - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Order Must Be Completed Within 4 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, With The Proviso That Design Documentation For Both Residential Premises Within 1 Month From The Date Of Conclusion Contract. The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Order Has Been Completed On Time If The Partial Acceptance Protocol For The Design Documentation And The Final Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Order For Both Residential Premises Are Signed By The Expiry Of The Above-Mentioned. Deadlines. The Duration Of The Design Documentation Acceptance Activity Is Included In The Deadline For Completing The Design Documentation. The Duration Of The Final Acceptance Activity Of Both Apartments Is Included In The Deadline For Completing The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
