1. Energy Modernization Of The Municipal Building, Plot 278/4, Ul. Wybickiego 11 (Guaranteed Part) The Subject Of The Investment Is: If Required From The Perspective Of Construction Law, The Contractor Will Develop Construction Designs And Obtain The Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions For The Energy Modernization Of The Municipal Building, Plot No. 278/4., Ul. Wybickiego 11. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For: • Developing Design Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Consents And Permits • Performing Construction, Assembly And Installation Works Consisting Of: Washing The Facade And Painting With Thermal Insulating Paint (110 M2) Replacing Door Joinery And Bricking Up Window Openings (5.25 M2) Delivery And Installation Of A Heat Pump Air/Water For Central Heating And Hot Water With A Minimum Power Of 50 Kw,  Delivery And Installation Of A Pellet Boiler With A Minimum Power Of 80 Kw,  Execution Of Area Lighting. Detailed Information On The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: Annex No. 1 - Functional And Utility Program Energy Modernization Of The Municipal Building, Plot 278/4., Ul. Wybicki 11, The Contracting Author Recommends To Conduct A Local Visition. The On-Site Visit Will Consist In An Inspection Of The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed, And Will Allow The Contractor To Become Familiar With The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular With The Conditions For The Execution Of Construction Works, The Shape Of The Space In Which The Order Will Be Performed And The Characteristic Features Of The Place Of Its Execution. During The Visit, The Contractor Will Not Ask The Ordering Party To Explain The Content Of The Swz In Terms Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or The Conditions Of Contract Execution, And The Ordering Party Will Not Provide Any Explanations. However, Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Will Not Deprive Contractors Of The Right To Request Clarification Of The Content Of The Swz Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or The Conditions Of Contract Performance. A Protocol Signed By The Parties Will Be Prepared In Two Copies Of The On-Site Visit, Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit.
