4.1 The Objective Of The Task In Question Is To Clean And Maintain The Winding Along With Replacing The Generator Bearings And Replacing All Bearings And Seals Of Hydraulic Conduits In The Transmission Of The Ew Kozielno Hydro Set. 4.1.1 Scope Of Work For The Subject Task: Generator: • Replacement Of The Generator Bearing, • Replacement Of Bearing Temperature Sensors, • Measurements Of Bearing Seats, • Washing And Cleaning Of The Stator And Rotor Of The Generator, • Measurements Of Insulation Resistance Before And After Maintenance, • Vibration Measurements On The Hydro Set Body After Renovation (Document With Appropriate Measurement Protocols), • Disassembly Of The Generator And Detailed Verification Of Components Along With Photographic Documentation, • Start-Up Of The Generator After Renovation Along With Verification Of The Gross Achievable Power And The Tightness Of The Generator Bearing Lubrication System, Document In A Separate Report, • Perform Warranty Inspections Of The Generator Every 6 Months, Confirmed By An Inspection Protocol Warranty.
