Task 1. Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant And Deep Wells In Łubnice. The Scope Includes In Particular: • Replacement Of Raw Water Pipelines Connecting The Wwtp With Wells S3a, S4a, S5a And S6 Of The Łubnice-Kapkaz Water Intake And Replacement Of Pipelines To Wells S1 And S2; • Modernization Of The Technological Part Of The Water Treatment Plant Building And Clean Water Tanks, Including The Replacement Of Pressure Filters, Aerators, A Flush Pump, A Set Of Network Pumps, Compressors, A Blower And Flow Meters;• Replacement Of Piping And Fittings Made Of At Least 1.4301 Stainless Steel, With Diameters Inside The Station Of Dn200, Dn150, Dn100, Dn80 And Dn25, Except For The Installation Of A Pe Flush Sewage System Dn250;• Construction Of A New Connection To The Water Supply Network;• Modernization Of The Electrical Installation And Cables Control Panels In The Suw Area Along With Visualization Of The Facilitys Operation;• Renovation Of Two Clean Water Tanks By Filling The Gaps In The Internal Walls And Covering Them With An Impregnation That Has A Hygienic Certificate For Contact With Drinking Water;• Replacement Of The Existing Fence Of The Suw Area;• Modernization Of The Water Intake, Including Replacement Of The Well Casings Of The S1 And S2 Wells, Deep-Well Pumps With Pump Pipelines, Power And Control Cables And Control Cabinets, As Well As Replacement Of The Fence Area Of The S1 Well;• Replacement Of Inter-Facility Pipelines, Including The S1–Suw And S2–Suw Pressure Pipelines As Well As Supply, Discharge, Drain And Overflow Pipelines From Clean Water Tanks. Mandatory Requirement: For The Duration Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure An Uninterrupted Supply Of Water Intended For Human Consumption To Recipients Using The Water Supply Network, In Quantity And Quality Consistent With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Requirements For Water Intended For Human Consumption. The Contractor May Meet The Above Requirement, In Particular, By Installing And Operating A Container Water Treatment Plant Or By Using Another Technical, Organizational Or Technological Solution Ensuring Continuity Of Water Supplies And Maintaining The Required Water Quality Parameters. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval A Detailed Plan To Ensure Continuity Of Water Supplies, Including A Description Of The Adopted Solution, Implementation Schedule, Method Of Water Quality Control, Failure Response Procedure And Rules For Informing The Ordering Party And Recipients About Planned Interruptions Or Restrictions. In Water Supplies. The Solution Used Requires Prior Approval Of The Ordering Party. The Acceptance Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Effectiveness Of The Adopted Solution, Continuity Of Water Supply And Compliance With The Quality Requirements By The Water.
