4.1 The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Under The Task: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Sports Hall Into An Equipment Warehouse. 4.2 The Subject Of The Task Includes In Particular: 1) Enlarging The Entrance Opening And Installing An Industrial Garage Gate With An Entrance Door, 2) Dismantling The Existing Wooden Floor And Making A Concrete Floor Adapted To High Loads, 3) Repairing The Roof Covering: Covering The Existing Roof With Polystyrene And Replacing The Flashings Sheet Metal Work, Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, 4) Overbuilding The Attic By 30.0 Cm, 5) Renovation Of The Chimney, 6) Renovation Of External Plasters, 7) Insulation Of The Eastern Facade, 8) Renovation Of Field Walls, 9) Removal Of Field Stairs, 10) Repair Of Plasters And Painting Of The Building Inside, 11) Replacement Of Window Frames, 12) Construction Of A New Electrical Installation With Lighting, 13) Lighting Of The Area With A Lamp Solar Panel,14) Securing The Facility With Monitoring (4 Internal Cameras, 4 External Cameras And 1 Recorder),15) Laying A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes With A Base To Ensure Stable Access To The Building (Currently The Area Around The Hall Is Unpaved),16) Replacing The Surface Of The Existing Sidewalk.17) Warehouse Equipment, Including Installation Of The Following Elements In The Warehouse:A) 4 Storage Cabinetsb) 8 Warehouse Shelves4.3 Requirements For The Execution Of The Order In Terms Of Securing The Facility With Monitoring1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: A) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; B) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law. The List Of Ict Products, Services And Processes Used By The Contractor In The Execution Of The Order Should Be Completed From The Offer Form - Annex No. 3 To Swz4.4 Other Conditions Of The Order Execution: 1) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented At An Existing Educational Institution. Therefore: A) The Work Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Allows For The Smooth Operation Of The Facility, B) With Particular Emphasis On The Safety Of Users: Kindergarten Staff, Children And Bystanders, C) Difficulties And Interruptions In The Wor
