2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Dormitory In Accordance With The Description Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Constituting An Annex To This Swz Specifying The General Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Common To All Types Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Public Procurement. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Relocation Of Existing Garages (3 Pcs.) Along With The Implementation Of New Hardening. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) All Repairs Of Equipment Damaged During The Execution Of The Works; 2) Fulfillment Of All Obligations, Orders And Recommendations Resulting From All Arrangements Industry;3) Carrying Out All Works And Activities Related To The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order And Putting It Into Operation, Etc.;4) Ensuring Safety On And Around The Construction Site And Construction Insurance;5) Performing All Works And Activities Related To The Proper Implementation Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities;6) Other Activities Resulting From Industry Regulations Or The Specificity Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference. During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Take Care Of Correct Marking Throughout The Duration Of The Works And Ensure Safety Conditions. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Acceptance. Materials Not Intended For Re-Installation Should Be Transported To The Landfill. The Costs Related To Waste Management, I.E. Transport, Recovery, Disposal, Depositing In A Waste Landfill, Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Materials From Demolition That Can Be Rebuilt Will Be Transported By The Contractor To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.
