1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Titled: Tennis Wall On Tennis Courts In Bańgów1.2. The Scope Of The Planned Investment Includes: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements, B) Dismantling 9 M. Existing Ball Catch, C) Conducting Geotechnical Tests, D) Performing Foundation Excavations, E) Preparing A Concrete Footing In Accordance With Construction Requirements, F) Installing A Concrete Tennis Wall, 9 M Wide And 3 M High, G) Installing A Ball Catch In The Upper Part Of The Wall, 9 M Wide And 1 M High.1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation.2. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.3. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To In Art. 99(5) Of The Act, I.E. The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of The Materials Was Indicated And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Were Not Provided, Should Ask The Ordering Party To Indicate What Criteria Will Be Used To Assess Equivalence.4. If The Documentation Constituting The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Documentation Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product.5. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Took Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users Referred To In Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Pzp.6. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Did Not Specify The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 1 Of Pzp.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Request A Label From The Contractor And Does Not Indicate The Applicable Requirements Of A Specific Label, Referred To In Art. 104 Pzp.8.
