The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Construction Of A Pumptrack Bicycle Track With An Asphalt Surface With An Area Of 263.6 M2, 2) Hardening Of The Access With Concrete Cubes With An Area Of 151.8 M2 - The Square In Front Of The Track And Connection With The Existing Development - According To Drawings Pab01 Of March 20, 2025, Note: The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of An Access Road (Pedestrian And Bicycle), 3) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements: - Benches Without Backrest - 4 Pcs. - Bicycle Racks - 4 Pcs. - Mixed Waste Bins - 2 Pcs. - Information Board - 1 Pc., 4) Planting Greenery, 5) Surveying Service With Post-Construction Inventory 6) Reporting The Completion Of Construction To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract.4. The Contractor Must Obtain The Employers Approval For Each Device Before Its Installation.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Bid Form The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Product Code, If Applicable For Individual Devices, As Well As The Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. 6. The Ordering Party Introduces A Change In Relation To The Provisions Of The Design Documentation And Allows Equivalent Elements Of Small Architecture, With The Same Or Better Parameters, Fulfilling The Same Functions, Made Of The Same Components. It Is Allowed To Use Street Furniture Elements From Any Manufacturers, Provided That The Requirements Specified In This Documentation Are Met And The Difference In Dimensions Of Street Furniture Elements Does Not Exceed ±15%.7. Before Installing The Elements Of Small Architecture, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Technical Sheets Confirming That The Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks And Information Board Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Dimensions, Materials And Components.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation In One Copy In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version On An Electronic Data Carrier And Submit It To The Ordering Party.9. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.10. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Entire Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guaranteed Sum Not Less Than The Gross Value Of The Agreement, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Until The Final Acceptance.
