The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads In Order To Improve Their Passability, Consisting In Spreading Unsorted Basalt With A Fraction Of 0/31.5 Mm On The Roadsides And Surfaces Of County Roads, Delivered By The Ordering Party, On Sections Of County Roads Designated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Zielona Góra County In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Spreading Crushed Natural Aggregate With A Grain Size Of 0/31.5 Mm, Meeting The Requirements Of Pn En 13242 Or Equivalent, Using A Motor Grader, Backhoe Loader, And Crawler Bulldozer, And Compacting The Road Surface Using A Self-Propelled Roller.3. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Works In The Entire Area Of ​​Zielona Góra County, And The Ordering Party Will Indicate To The Contractor Specific Sections Of Roads For The Placement Of Stone Material.4. The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: A) Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. B) Detailed Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 3A To The Swz;5. The General Offer Price Must Include All Costs Of Providing The Service And Costs Not Included In It, The Performance Of Which Is Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Scope Of The Contract, E) The Ordering Party Does Not Bear The Costs Of Travel To And Return Of The Equipment To The Designated Work Sites.6. The Contractors Obligations: A) The Works Should Be Carried Out Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Upon Written Notification, By E-Mail Or Telephone, In Which The Ordering Party Will Specify The Location, Type, Scope, Sequence And Completion Date. B) The Orders Will Be Carried Out Using A Team Equipped With Equipment Such As A Motor Grader, A Self-Propelled Roller, A Backhoe Loader And A Crawler Bulldozer. C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Such Organization Of The Works That Will Minimize The Nuisance Related To The Work Performed For Local Residents And Companies, And To Tidy Up The Area After The Works Are Completed, With Particular Emphasis On The Entrances To The Property. D) The Contractor Bears All Additional Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order.
