1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works On The Task Titled: Construction Of The Orlik 2025 Sports Complex Along With The Construction Of An Outdoor Gym And A Fitness Playground At Primary School No. 3 At Ul. Mickiewicza In Międzyrzecz. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Construction Permit. The Design Documentation Should Be Consistent With The Functional And Utility Program, Technical Guidelines For The Design Of Sports Facilities Developed On Behalf Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism, Applicable Regulations, Including The Public Procurement Law And The Provisions Of The Construction Law. 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. 1.3. The Contractors Tasks Also Include: A) Preparing An As-Built Geodetic Survey Together With Geodetic Measurements Of Completed Work Elements - 3 Copies. B) Submitting A Set Of Equipment Operating Instructions And Staff Training, C) Preparing As-Built Documentation - 3 Copies. 1.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture As Part Of The Orlik-Edition 2025 Sports Complexes Construction Program. 1.5. The Implementation Of The Task In Question Should Meet The Program Requirements Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism For The Orlik Sports Complex Construction Program - 2025 Edition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Post-Construction Tests In Accordance With The Orlik Program - 2025 Edition. 1.6. After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Necessary Tests Confirming The Technical And Functional Correctness Of The Constructed Facilities And The Compliance Of The Solutions Used With The Requirements Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism (In Accordance With Chapter Xi Of The Orlik Sports Complex Construction Program). The Tests Should Be Carried Out By The Institute Of Sports - National Research Institute Or Another Independent Laboratory. 1.7. The Contractors Tasks Also Include The Purchase And Installation Of An Information Board On The Source Of Funding In Accordance With The Guidelines For Fulfilling Information Obligations Applicable To Beneficiaries Of Programs Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds.
