1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of A Building Located In Kalisz At Ul. Fabryczna 13-15 (Plot No. 6/8 And 7/4 Within The Geodetic Area 035 Śródmieście Ii), Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Of Swz.2. The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of Rooms Located In The Basement Of The Building And Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works; 2) Construction Of Partition Walls From Plasterboards; 3) Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation; 4) Replacement Of Shut-Off Flaps Of Ventilation Ducts; 5) Repair, Cleaning And Painting Of Steel And Steel/Concrete Doors; 6) Replacement Of Internal Doors; 7) Construction Of Technical Doors Of The Duct Ventilation;8) Replacing The Emergency Grate;9) Covering Floors And Walls With Stoneware Tiles;10) Cleaning And Covering Concrete And Stoneware Floors With Epoxy Resin;11) Installing New Floors In Rooms;12) Cleaning Walls And Ceilings From Old Paint Coatings;13) Chipping Away And Repairing Damaged Plaster;14) Painting Walls And Ceilings With Emulsion Paint;15) Cleaning And Unblocking Ventilation Ducts;16) Construction Of Electrical And Lighting Installations;17) Construction Of Sanitary, Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations;18) Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Note: The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Delivery And Installation Of A Stair Climber, Fire Extinguishers And Corridor Benches Provided For In The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Building Is In Constant Use And Will Remain So For The Duration Of The Works, As Well As Due To The Specificity Of The Facility (The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Facility Located Under The School Building), The User Of The Facility Should Be Informed About The Method And Sequence Of Their Implementation Before The Works Begin. Robots Cannot Disrupt The Operation Of The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Them In Such A Way As To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, With Particular Emphasis On The Nature Of The Facility And The Safety Of Students Attending The School. The Subject Of The Order Is Financed From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The State Budget. It Is Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025 - 2026 - Area I: Collective Protection Facilities. Since The Proceedings In Question Were Covered By External Co-Financing, Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Progress Of Works At The Construction Site Not Only By The Ordering Partys Employees And Properly Authorized Investor Supervision Inspectors, But Also By Third Parties (Authorized Under The Order Co-Financing Agreement). The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Water, Electricity) To Operate The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Construction Works.
