1. The Investment Includes The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 183041N Grodziczno - Katlewo. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Preparatory Works, Earthworks, Reconstruction Of The Dirt Road, Reconstruction Of Exits, Regulation And Hardening Of Roadsides, Improvement Of The Drainage System, Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Tidying Up The Adjacent Area. 3. The Road Is Located In The Central Part Of The Grodziczno Commune.4. The 630 M Long Section Will Be Completed In One Stage Of Works. The Roadway Is 5.0 M Wide, The Shoulders Are 0.25 M Wide And Made Of Native Soil. 5.0 M Wide. The Subject Road Is A Dirt Road With A Variable Width Of 3.0 To 4.0 M, The Sides Are Overgrown With Grass. For The Most Part, The Road Runs Through Agricultural Areas With Sparse Farm Buildings, Outside Built-Up Areas.6. The Municipal Road In The Above-Mentioned Section Has Inventoried Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure.7. The Contractor Of The Works Is Obliged To Develop And Approve A Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of The Works, Taking Into Account The Traffic Of Cars, Tractors And Agricultural Machines With The Use Of Alternating Traffic, Ensuring Constant Access To Existing Properties And Arable Fields.10. The Scope Of Works Was Included In The Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Part Of This Procedure Documentation And Constitute An Element For Calculating The Final Offer Price. The Contractor Cannot Correct The Scope Of Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities.
