1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Required Design Documentation And Then The Implementation, According To The Developed Design, Of A Project Consisting In The Modernization Of A Residential Building Located In Szyszki Włościańskie. The Project Will Include The Following Works: - Insulation Of The Buildings External Walls, - Insulation Of The Buildings Flat Roof, - Replacement Of External Doors And Windows, - Dismantling Of Existing Heat Sources And Installation Of A Heat Pump, - Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation And Preparation Of Hot Water, Including: Installation Of Radiators With Thermostatic Heads. The Investment Will Primarily Include Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building By Improving The Insulation Of Its Partitions And Increasing The Efficiency Of The Heating And Hot Water Installations, Which Will Affect The Comfort Of Use Of The Facility By The Residents. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Task Is The Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 1 And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 2 To This Swz. The Investment Should Be Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula, I.E. Prepare The Design Documentation Required By Law And Then, After Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit/Effective Notification Of Works (If Such An Obligation Arises From Legal Provisions), Perform Construction Works And Exercise Authors Supervision Over The Entire Investment. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Two Stages: Stage I - Energy Audit Documentation And Design Documentation. The Remuneration For The Energy Audit And Design Documentation Cannot Exceed A Maximum Of 9% Of The Contractors Total Gross Lump Sum Remuneration. Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works. The Contractor Will Commence Construction Works After Obtaining Approval Of The Technical Documentation And Obtaining All Permits And Arrangements For The Investment Being Implemented, If Required By Law. The Ordering Party Determines That The Contractors Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum Remuneration. The Remuneration For The Documentation Required For Stage I May Not Exceed 9% Of The Offer Price.
