1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Road Bridge Jni: 35010473 Along The Municipal Road In Grzędy, Together With The Necessary Access Works And Accompanying Works. The Designed Bridge Is A Single-Span Structure With A Structure Of Prefabricated Pre-Stressed Concrete Beams Of The Ds Type Combined With A Reinforced Concrete Slab, With A Total Length Of 7.30 M And A Total Width Of 6.42 M.2) The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Demolition Of The Existing Bridge Structure B) Construction Of A Complete Structure Of The Bridge Structure, Including Foundation, Supports And Load-Bearing Structure, Together With Earthworks, Construction Surfaces, Insulation, Balustrades And Anti-Corrosion Protection, C) Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On The Access Roads To The Facility, Including The Construction Of The Surface Structure, D) Drainage Of The Facility, Cleaning Of The Streambed, Reconstruction And Protection Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure, Implementation Of Geodetic Monitoring E) Performance Of Other Accompanying And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Facility 3) Works Should Be Carried Out In Half, While Maintaining Passability. 4) Detailed Geometric Solutions, Construction, Material And Technological Specifications Should Be Adopted In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Its Drawing Part And The Relevant Stwiorb. In The Case Of Elements For Which The Technical Description Refers To The Drawing Part Or Stwiorb, The Binding Parameters Should Be Read From These Documents And Not Adopted On The Basis Of This Abbreviated Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5) The Contractor, As A Professional Entity, Is Obliged To Read In Great Detail The Design Documentation, The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes No. 11A And 11B To The Swz And With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 10 A And 10B To Swz6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Clarify With The Ordering Party All Doubts Regarding The Scope Contained In The Referenced Documents Before Submitting The Offer. At The Time Of Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Acknowledge That The Contractor Has No Doubts Or Comments In Relation To The Scope Of Works Included In The Order Documents.7) This Order Is Co-Financed With Funds From The European Union Solidarity Fund To Finance Emergency Actions And Reconstruction Activities After The Floods In Poland In September 2024.
