1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Technical Infrastructure, Including: 1.1. Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment And Provision Of Installation Services Consisting In The Expansion Of Structured (Fiber Optic) Cabling In The Buildings Of Nbp Regional Branches; 1.2. Delivery Of Equipment And Performance Of Installation Services Consisting In The Modernization And Reorganization Of The Distribution Point In The Nbp Headquarters Building;1.3. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Together With The Transfer Of Proprietary Rights To The As-Built Documentation And Dependent Rights;1.4. Granting By The Contractor A Warranty For The Equipment, Including For The Installation Services Performed.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz).3. The Ordering Party Allows, In Relation To The Subject Of The Order, To Offer Equivalent Products. The Minimum Parameters Required For Equivalent Products, I.E. The Criteria Used By The Ordering Party To Assess Equivalence, Are Described In Section 3 Points 3.8.5-3.8.8 Of Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
