1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of The Kolumna-Las Ecological Education Center Along With Interior Design, Educational Exhibition, Equipment For The Facility, Development Of The Adjacent Area And Construction Of The Accompanying Technical Infrastructure. The Ordering Party Has Separated Scopes Within The Order, Which Serve The Purposes Of Separate Settlement And Invoicing Of Funds From Two Separate Projects. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Implement The Item In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conceptual Design, Obtained Permit To Carry Out Construction Works And Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law, B) Achieving The Intended Investment Result, Understood As Achieving Full Functionality And Readiness To Use The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, C) Carrying Out Commissioning, Tests, Regulations And Measurements, D) Preparing As-Built Documentation, E) Training The Staff Indicated By The Ordering Party (If Applicable), F) Obtaining Approvals/Permits For The Use Of The Facilities.2) Detailed The Subject Of The Order, Which Should Be The Basis For Submitting The Offer, Is Specified In: A) Template Of The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz; B) Design Documentation - Annex No. 7 To The Swz; C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 8 To The Swz; 2.1.
