1. The Investment Includes The Construction Of A Warehouse On Plot No. 209/17, Nowe Grodziczno District, As Part Of The Investment Program Titled Construction Of A Warehouse For The Implementation Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of, Among Others: 1) Earthworks, 2) Surveying Services, 3) Foundations And Reinforced Concrete Slab, 4) Epoxy Resin Floor, 5) Steel Structure, 6) Sandwich Panel Cladding, 7) Sheet Metal Work And Gutters, 8) Carpentry - Installation Of Mechanically Lifted Industrial Sectional Doors, 9) Electrical, Lightning Protection And Lighting,10) Test And Commissioning Measurements. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Developed Construction Design, Building Permit And Bill Of Quantities.4. The Scope Of Works Was Included In The Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Part Of This Procedure Documentation And Constitute An Element For Calculating The Final Offer Price. The Contractor Cannot Correct The Scope Of Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities. However, If, As A Result Of His Analysis And Calculations, He Notices Any Irregularities, He May Seek Clarification Of Any Doubts Through The Question Procedure, In Accordance With Art. 284 Pzp5. If Any Deficiencies, Defects Or Contradictions Are Found In The Materials Provided By The Ordering Party For The Preparation Of The Offer Cost Estimate, The Contractor Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of This Fact Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor And Subcontractors Provide Access To The Facility To Authorized Persons During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.7. The Contractor Is Responsible For Protecting Installations Above The Ground And For Underground Devices Such As Pipelines, Cables, Etc. The Contractor Will Ensure Proper Marking And Protection Against Damage To These Installations And Devices During Construction. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Any Damage To Above-Ground Installations And Underground Facilities Caused By His Actions.8. The Contractor Shall Be Aware Of All Regulations Issued By Central And Local Authorities And Other Regulations And Guidelines Which Are Directly Related To The Works And Shall Be Fully Responsible For Compliance With Such Laws, Regulations And Guidelines While Carrying Out The Works.9. All Relevant Materials Obtained At The Construction Site Will Be Used Or Transported To Storage In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contract Or The Ordering Partys Instructions.10. For All Waste Materials Generated During The Implementation Of The Investment, The Contractor Will Indicate Bdo Numbers (Database On Products And Packaging And Waste Management) Pursuant To Art. 63 Of The Waste Act. The Contractor Will Dispose Of Waste Materials At His Own Expense.11. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Materials Used And The Works Performed And For Their Compliance With The D
