1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of A Municipal Building In Ostrusza, Więcwice Commune.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Demolition, Disassembly And Preparatory Works (Including Fencing And Securing The Construction Site, Scaffolding, Dismantling Of Window And Door Frames, Dismantling Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Window Sills, Replacement Of The Gas Box On The Facade); 2) Renovation Works Of Roof Elements (Disassembly And Installation Of New Gutters, Downpipes, Sheet Metal Flashings, Sewage Vents); 3) Replacement Of Joinery External Windows And Doors;4) Plastering And Painting Works After Replacing Windows And Doors (Replenishing Jambs, Priming, Painting);5) Insulating Walls Above Ground Level - Plinth (Styrofoam, Mosaic Plaster);6) Insulating External Walls Above Ground (Styrofoam, Silicone Plaster);7) Finishing Works (Processing Of External Window Sills, Installation Of Elements Removed From The Facade);8) Renovation Of External Stairs;9) Renovation Wall Near The Stairs; 10) Insulation Of Chimneys Along With Sheet Metal Flashings And Ventilation Caps. 3. Location: Plot No. 134 In Ostrusza, Więcwice Commune.4. As Part Of The Order, Construction Works And Activities Specified In The Design Documentation, Decisions And Conditions Must Be Performed, As Well As Auxiliary And Preparatory Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Conducting Surveying Services, Performing The Required Tests And Checks, Creating And Maintaining Construction Facilities, Making Connections To The Utilities For The Purposes Of Construction And Incurring The Costs Of Their Consumption, Preparing The Necessary Documentation Regarding The Works Being Carried Out, Etc., As Well As Cleaning Works In The Area In The Area Where The Works Are Being Carried Out. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Work In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including All Decisions, Provisions, Arrangements And Conditions. If It Is Necessary To Occupy The Road Lane, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Decision From The Road Manager To Occupy The Road Lane, Develop And Agree On A Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of Construction Works In The Road Lane. 5. All Materials From Demolition Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of Demolition Materials To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of Up To 5 Km. 6.
