The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Library Of The Pontifical University Of John Paul Ii In Krakow, Located At Ul. Bobrzyńskiego 10 In Krakow. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Functional And Utility Program Developed By The Ordering Party. The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Arrangements Required By Law, Administrative Decisions And The Execution Of Construction Works. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform Works, Deliveries, Dismantling, Commissioning, Adjustments, Research, Measurements, Tests, Training And As-Built Documentation Necessary To Achieve The Expected Thermal Modernization Effect And The Proper Functioning Of The Roof, Structure, Hvac Installation, Cooling Sources, Central Heating, Cooling, Automation And Associated Installations.
