The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Entitled: Design And Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Towns Of Wielmoza And Wola Kalinowska, Sułoszowa Commune. The Project Received Funding Under Measure Femp.02.28 Development Of The Water And Sewage Management System - Iit Opk, Project Type A. Development Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure And Municipal Sewage Treatment, Including The Construction Or Reconstruction Of Sewage Treatment Plants And The Development Of Water Supply Systems, European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program (Fem 2021-2027) As Part Of The Project Titled: Construction Of A Water Supply Network In Wielmoza And Wola Kalinowska. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Project Implemented By The Sułoszowa Commune Involves The Construction Of A New Water Supply Network, The Task Of Which Is To Connect The Existing Water Supply Systems In The Towns Of Wielmoza And Wola Kalinowska. The Project Aims To Improve The Safety, Continuity And Reliability Of Drinking Water Supplies For The Communes Residents And Business Entities Operating In The Commune, As Well As To Increase The Resilience Of The Water Supply Infrastructure To Emergency Situations And Changing Environmental Conditions. As Part Of The Project, A New Section Of The Water Supply Network Will Be Built, Approximately 1.51 Km Long, Made Of Modern And Durable Materials, Ensuring High Tightness And Long Service Life Of The Infrastructure. The Designed Network Will Have A Diameter Enabling Effective Water Transfer Between Existing Water Supply Systems, Which Will Allow For Their Mutual Balancing And Flexible Management Of Water Supplies Throughout The Commune. The Order Includes Design, Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Construction Permits, As Well As Construction And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Prepare All Necessary Design Studies Together With The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, Obtain On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Arrangements, Permissions, Permits, Decisions And Consents Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Terms Of The Contract, And Build And Obtain, On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, An Occupancy Permit Decision.
