1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Section Of Municipal Road No. 103346E In The Town Of Barycz In The Dobroń Commune In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. 2. The Length Of The Section Covered By The Reconstruction Is Approximately 1.38 Km.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Widening The Road Along With The Construction Of A New Surface Along The Entire Width Of The Road (Technical Class L, Traffic Category Kr-2), 2) Construction Of Roadsides Hardened With Aggregate, 3) Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, 4) Maintenance Renovation Of Bridge Structures On The River Rake And Pałusznica,5) Replacement Of Existing Culverts Under The Main Route,6) Adjustment Of The Parameters Of Vertical And Horizontal Curves To The Applicable Regulations,7) Horizontal And Vertical Marking,8) Cutting Down Of 8 Trees In The Road Body (Including Replacement Planting In Accordance With The Environmental Decision).4. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.5. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund. 6. The Contractor, No Later Than 3 Business Days Before The Planned Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, Will Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval A Material And Financial Schedule And An Offer Cost Estimate Prepared Using A Simplified Method, Consistent With The Scope Of The Order And The Offer Price. The Schedule Must Include The Completion Of Works By March 15, 2027 With A Value Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (In Words: One Million Zlotys 00/100) Gross.7. Together With The Acceptance Documentation, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party An As-Built Cost Estimate Prepared Using A Simplified Method, Consistent With The Layout Of The Offer Cost Estimate And The Material And Financial Schedule, Taking Into Account Changes In The Scope Of Works, If They Were Introduced In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement During Its Implementation Period.8. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Appoint A Works Manager With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Construction Licenses; 2) Appoint Persons Indicated In The Documents Submitted In The Course Of The Proceedings To Perform The Subject Of The Contract; A Possible Change Of Any Person During The Execution Of The Contract Must Be Justified By The Contractor In Writing And Requires The Employers Approval, Provided That The Qualifications And Experience Of The New People Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz;3) Securing The Construction Site Against The Entry Of Third Parties;4) Arrangement And Organization Of The Construction Site And Coordinating All Works;5) Ensuring Safety At The Work Site In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Which Includes In Particular: Proper Marking Of The Area With Constant Visibility Of Warning Elements Day And Night, Maintenance Safe Routes For Pedestrians And Vehicles And Bearing Fu
