Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Full-Size Football Pitch With Accompanying Infrastructure On The Premises Of The Marcovia Marki Municipal Sports Club

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of All Works And Responsibilities Related To The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Called Construction Of A Full-Size Football Pitch With Accompanying Infrastructure On The Premises Of The Marcovia Marki Municipal Sports Club Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula (Stage I) And Development Of Design Documentation For A Pneumatic Roofing Of The Pitch Along With The Necessary Infrastructure (Stage Ii). The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order From The Design Phase To Its Full Preparation For Use In The Function For Which It Was Intended. The Contractors Obligations Include, In Particular: 1) Carrying Out The Necessary Preparatory Work, Analyses, Inventories And Tests, 2) Developing Comprehensive Design Documentation (Construction, Technical And Executive Documentation) Based On The Opz And Its Annexes And Guidelines Provided By The Ordering Party, 3) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Construction Permit, 4) Comprehensive Implementation Of The Facility, 5) Land Development Including Greenery, Communication, Fencing And Installations External, Including The Reconstruction Of Conflicting Elements Of The Facility, (Vi) Obtaining Appropriate Acceptance, Arrangements, Approvals, And A Final Decision On The Use Permit, 6) Developing Design Documentation For The Pneumatic Roofing Of The Pitch Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex 1 To This Agreement.2. In The Scope Of Stage I, Including The Design And Execution Of Construction Works, The Subject Of The Order Was Described Using The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Supplements And Details The Employers Requirements For Stage I And Specifies The Requirements For Stage Ii, Which Only Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Pneumatic Roofing Of The Pitch Along With The Necessary Infrastructure. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Rules Of Acceptance, Settlements, Liability, Guarantees, Warranty And Changes To The Contract, Are Set Out In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
