The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Legal Services/Legal Advice For The Investment Project Revitalization Of The Boyen Fortress In Giżycko, Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program (Feniks), Measure Fenx.07.01 Infrastructure Of Culture And Cultural Tourism - Hereinafter Referred To As The Project. The Order Is To Provide Comprehensive Consulting/Legal Services In The Field Of Ongoing Operational And Executive Services Related To The Implementation Of The Project. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure The Safety Of The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Project Implementation (Investment Implementation), With Particular Emphasis On Compliance Of The Ordering Partys Activities With Legal Provisions, Guidelines And Procedures Of The Administrator Of Public Funds (Managing/Intermediate Authority).
