The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Construction Of A Warehouse With Technical Infrastructure, 2) Construction Of A Road And A Maneuvering Area With Parking Spaces, 3) Construction Of Electricity And Monitoring Installations, 4) Construction Of A Fence, 5) Felling Of Trees And Replacement Plantings. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attached Documentation: 1) Design Documentation Including: A) Land Development Design, B) Architectural And Construction Design, C) Technical Design Of The Electrical Industry Entitled Construction Of A Service And Warehouse Building As Part Of The Task Construction Of An Additional Warehouse Located At Ul. Boh. Warszawy In Mrągowo,D) Technical Design For The Architectural And Construction Industry Entitled Construction Of A Service And Warehouse Building As Part Of The Task Construction Of An Additional Warehouse Located At Ul. Boh. Warszawy In Mrągowo,E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;F) Bill Of Quantities,2) Draft Contract - Annex No. 1 To Swz;3) Construction Permit Decision No. 211/2026/Mrg Of August 18, 2026.4) Decision On The Permit To Remove Trees, Reference Number Roś.613.105.2026 Of August 18, 2026. Note: 1. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated Only As An Auxiliary Document Specifying The Estimated Amounts Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Task.2. The Above-Mentioned Documents Should Be Treated As Complementary And Explanatory. In The Event Of Irreconcilable Technical Inconsistencies - The Basis For The Final Determination Of The Subject Of The Order And The Valuation Of This Subject Is The Technical Design. Next, You Should Rely On The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And The Bill Of Quantities.
