Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Air Conditioning Systems (Air Conditioning Devices), Including Installation Of These Systems (Devices) And Air Conditioning Cables (Installations) And Their Commissioning

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Air-Conditioning Systems (Air-Conditioning Devices) Along With The Assembly Of These Systems (Devices) And Air-Conditioning Ducts (Installations) And Their Commissioning In The Following Units: Second Tax Office Łódź-Bałuty, Based At Ul. Saint Teresa Od Dzieciątka Jesus 105, 91 222 Łódź;2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Arrangement, Type, Number And Required Parameters Of The Devices As Well As The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In: 1) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Annex No. 2A To The Swz - Plans Of The Installation And Arrangement Of Devices; 3) Annex No. 4A To The Swz - Table Of Parameters Of The Offered Devices 4) Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Draft Contract.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Devices That Are Brand New, Unused, Complete, Functional, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025.4. Outdoor Units And Indoor Air Conditioning Units Installed In The Rooms Covered By The Installation In A Given Part Of The Order Must Absolutely Be Of The Same Manufacturer/Brand.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Devices, Accessories And Assembly And Installation Activities For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol For A Given Part Of The Order. Detailed Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Draft Agreement.
