1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas For The School Complex In Rzepin, I.E. A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel - High-Methane Natural Gas Group E - Including The Sale Of Gas Fuel And The Provision Of Its Distribution Service To Gas Consumption Points (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppg) Of The Ordering Party, Under The Terms Of A Comprehensive Agreement Within The Meaning Of Art. 5 Section 3 Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law.2. Deliveries Will Be Made To Three Ppgs Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities In Rzepin At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 28 And 30: 1) Ppg No. 000024333 (Tariff Group G-2, Contracted Capacity 241 Kwh/H); 2) Ppg No. 000024416 (Tariff Group G-2, Contracted Capacity 461 Kwh/H); 3) Ppg No. 000010989 (Tariff Group G-1). Details Regarding The Consumption Of Gas Fuel And Distribution Parameters In Individual Ppgs Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - List Of Gas Consumption Points (Ppg).3. The Forecast (Estimated) Demand For Gas Fuel During The 12-Month Period Of Order Execution, Broken Down By Month, Is Presented In The Table In Section Iii Section 3 Swz.4. The Amount Of Gas Fuel Specified In The Table Above Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption And Is Used Only For Comparing Offers. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Total Amount Of Purchased Gas Fuel Relative To The Amount Specified Above, Caused By Reduced Consumption Of Gas Fuel, In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Estimated Consumption Forecast.5. The Ordering Party Expects A Minimum Purchase Of At Least 70% Of The Estimated Quantity Of Gas Fuel. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Specified Above Will Not Result In Any Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas Fuel At The Prices Specified In The Contract.
