Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Ergonomic Keyboards As Part Of The Project Entitled: Eliminating Health Risk Factors At The Medical Management Board In Częstochowa, Task No. 1 Modernization Of Workstations, Expense No. 1.2

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of 70 Pieces Of Ergonomic Wireless Keyboards. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Minimum Parameters, Technical And Operational Requirements And The Warranty Period Are Included In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Creating Permanent Information Stickers About Co-Financing From European Union Funds To Mark The Devices Purchased In The Project. The Contractor Must Independently Prepare And Stick Permanent Markings On Each Purchased Device. The Sticker Must Be Resistant To Destruction (Water, Abrasion And Cleaning Agents) And Placed In A Visible Place On Each Device. The Logotype Template Will Be Provided To The Contractor After Signing The Contract. 3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Free From Defects, Come From One Manufacturer, The Same Model And Type And Be Compliant Or Have Technical Parameters Higher Than The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Compatible (Cooperating) With The Devices, Systems And Software Owned By The Ordering Party (I.E. Ms Windows 10/11 Operating System) And Have Standards And Certificates Allowing For Trading On The European Union Market. If The Technical Specification Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor In Relation To The Devices, They Do Not Constitute A Reference For The Ordering Party Or A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Should Not Take Them Into Account When Preparing The Offer. 4. For The Subject Of The Order, The Given Parameters Are The Minimum And Maximum Values, If Indicated, Each Device With Parameters Better Or Higher Than Those Specified Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Colors Given In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex 4 To The Swz Are The Preferred Colors By The Ordering Party. Regardless Of The Above, The Ordering Party Requires That The Devices Offered By Contractors Be In Dark, Subdued Colors.6. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Deliver And Bring To The Place Indicated At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Ul. Pow 24, 42-200 Częstochowa, The Subject Of The Order Is Complete, Unused, Brand New, Free From Defects, Coming From A Legal Distribution Channel Specified By The Manufacturer In The European Union And Having A Certificate Allowing For Marketing In The European Union - Eu Declaration Of Conformity, Within The Deadline Offered By The Contractor In The Offer Form, However, The Delivery Deadline Cannot Be Longer Than 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That The Final Delivery Date Is The Ordering Party Accepts The Deadline For Signing The Delivery A
