The Subject Of The Order Is A Task Called: Removal And Management In Accordance With The Waste Act In The Final Recovery Or Disposal Processes Of Non-Hazardous Waste Deposited In A Storage Hall On The Property In Dąbrowa Górnicza At Ul. Puszkina 41, In Plot No. 5271, District 0013 Strzemieszyce Wielkie 2. This Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Article 127 In Connection With Article 128 Of The Act Of June 17, 1966 On Enforcement Proceedings In Administration And Involves The Removal Of Non-Hazardous Waste From The Above-Mentioned Area In Accordance With The Decision Of The Mayor Of Dąbrowa Górnicza Of March 10, 2023. The Commencement Of The Works In Question Will Be Possible After The Decision On The Use Of Substitute Performance Becomes Final, Of Which The Ordering Party Will Immediately Inform The Contractor, And After Signing The Real Estate Transfer Protocol.3. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Complete Removal And Management Service In Accordance With The Waste Act In The Final Recovery Or Disposal Processes Of Non-Hazardous Waste With The Codes: - 16 81 02 - Waste Other Than Those Mentioned In 16 82 01* - Stored In Bags (Partially Torn), - 19 12 04 - Plastics And Rubber; Partly Stored In Compressed (Baled) Packages, Partly In Loose Form, Left On The Concrete Floor Of The Hall, Mainly Along The Northern Wall Of The Hall. Removal And Management Of Waste (In Accordance With The Act On Waste In Final Recovery Or Disposal Processes) Will Include, Among Others: Consist In: A) Preparing And Securing Waste For Transport. B) Loading Waste Onto A Means Of Transport Provided By The Company, Together With Weighing The Loaded Waste (For The Purposes Of Establishing A Waste Card In Bdo For Each Individual Transport And Keeping Current Records Of Waste Transport). Weighing Must Be Done On A Scale That Has Been Approved/Legalized. C) Transport Of Prepared Waste To The Place Of Its Management.
