The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Training For The Management Staff Of The Koszalin University Of Technology Entitled: Effective Management - Managers School As Part Of The Project Competent Staff - Strong University No. Fers.01.05-Ip.08-0430/25 In The Scope Specified In Swz.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Indivisibility Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is To Conduct One Training. Dividing The Contract Into Tasks Would Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties And Costs Of Carrying Out The Contract, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Is Adapted To Be Carried Out By Small And Medium-Sized Entities.3. The Aim Of The Training Is To Obtain Practical Skills In The Field Of: A) Motivating, Inspiring And Engaging The Employee, Especially Non-Financially, B) Enforcing Assigned Tasks And Disciplining Reluctant Employees, C) Delegating Goals And Tasks, D) Fair Settlement And Evaluation Of The Employee, E) Building The Image Of A Leader, Especially Towards Older, More Experienced Employees Or, Until Recently, Peers, F) Developing The Employee And Making Him Or Her Independent In Development, G) Building A Team That Cooperates And Supports Each Other In The Implementation Of Common Goals Goals For Which They Feel Co-Responsible, H) Coaching Management Style In The Attitude Of A Transformational Leader, I) Management Through Their Own And The Universitys Values And Management Of Employee And Team Values.3. Number Of Training Sessions: 3 (Three Training Groups).4. Training Duration: The Minimum Number Of Teaching Hours Without Taking Into Account Breaks Is 32 Hours Per Group (4 Days X 8 Hours).5. Number Of Participants In One Training: 10 People/Group.6.Training Is To Take Place On Working Days, Which Are From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, From 7.30 A.M. To 3.30 P.M.7. Form Of Training: Training Conducted On A Stationary Basis.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Price Form, I.E. Appendix No. 2 To Swz.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Eu Council Regulation 2016/679 Of April 27, 2016. On The Protection Of Data Of Natural Persons With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data, And Repealing Directive 95/46/Ec (Journal Of Laws L 119/1 Of May 4, 2016, As Amended) Both During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And After Its Completion.10. Obligations Arising From The Application Of The Regulation Referred To In Point 9 And Entrusting The Contractor With The Processing Of Personal Data Of Training Participants Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Personal Data Processing Agreement - Annex No. 9 To Swz.11. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.12. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Ord
