The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As An Investors Supervision Inspector Over The Implementation Of The Investment: Acting As An Investors Supervision Inspector Over The Implementation Of The Investment Construction Of An Underground Floor Of A Public Utility Facility Intended For A Hiding Place In The Dual-Use Concept, Used As Logistic And Technical Support For Rescue Vehicles1.2. The Services Of The Supervision Inspector Will Be Carried Out Based On The Material Scope Of The Works On The Basis Of The Contract That The Ordering Party Will Conclude With The Contractor Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Underground Floor Of A Public Utility Facility Intended For A Hiding Place In The Dual-Use Concept, Used As Logistic And Technical Support For Emergency Vehicles Selected As A Result Of A Separate Public Procurement Procedure. 1.3 Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 1.2. Concerns The Implementation Of Investor Supervision Over The Design Documentation In Terms Of Its Completeness And Formal And Legal Correctness, As Well As Investor Supervision Of Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Specialties Resulting From The Design And Build Formula On The Basis Of The Material And Financial Schedule, The Functional And Utility Program, The Agreement Referred To In Section 2 And All Activities Resulting From The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended), And In Particular: 1.4. The General Duties Of The Contractor Include In Particular: 1) Supervising, Coordinating And Managing The Investment Process On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Acting As An Investor Supervision Inspector In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended), Other Legal Provisions And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Relevant Decisions And Permits For Carrying Out The Investment Task, 2) Supporting The Ordering Party In All Technical, Administrative And Financial Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, 3) Permanent Presence On The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Construction Works Contract, Under Which The Working Time Of The Contractors Services Should Be Adjusted To The Work Of The Construction Contractor And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, 4) Informing The Ordering Party - In The Event Of Unsatisfactory Progress Of Construction Works - About All Corrective Measures That Should Be Applied To Compensate For The Delay And Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Obligations Arising From The Construction Works Contract, 5) Participation In Acceptance Activities, Including Final Acceptance Of Construction Works, Carried Out For The Investment Task Indicated In Section 1 Of This Paragraph, 6) Supervision Of Replacement And Additional Works Carried Out During The Construction Works Contract, 7) Verification Of Submitted Cost Estimates For Replacement Or Additional Works.
